Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Saw and Claw Construction. We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

• Eligible Items: Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
• Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original package.
• Exceptions: Certain items, such as custom orders or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days after order is received for your refund to be processed.

Shipping Costs

• Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.  
   
• Exchanges: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Exchanges

• Eligible Items: Most items can be exchanged at no cost to you if for any reason we were at fault.
• Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original package.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Replacement or Refund: We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.

Custom Orders

• No Returns: Custom orders are typically not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship.
